Tyler was superb to work with on this service visit. He greeted me by my first name when I walked in (though my last visit was about six months ago), and because he had been outside briefly as I was pulling up, he must have heard my brakes squeaking because he said that it sounded as if I might have a brake problem. I really appreciated that friendliness and that responsiveness to my car's needs. He also gave me a courtesy car (though my Saab is no longer under warranty) and had it promptly ready to go for me. I couldn't be more pleased with my last visit to Jim Ellis Saab. Everyone there works together as a team to be sure that the customer is taken care of. Jerry Adair can't be beat as a service advisor.
